April 2008 as per Companies Act, 1956, a joint venture between KAWASAKI KISEN KAISHA LTD.,("K"LINE) a public listed ship owning company registered and listed in Tokyo, Japan and J.M. Baxi & Co , a leading Indian shipping services company. Primary objective of the joint venture company is to represent & manage the shipping interests of “K" Line’s Car carriers, Bulk Carriers & Oil tankers calling various ports in India.

“K"LINE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is being under one roof can provide numerous services in terms of global transportation of Cars, Bulk Cargos, etc.

Very few shipping companies in India can provide these multiple services and means of transportation.

KLIN deals with wide range of exporters, importers, MNC Logistics providers in our range of biz. KLIN has started logistics business also. The company is participating in the Logistics Business of many Japanese Customers at Mumbai, Delhi and Northern Capital Regions.

("K")LINE also has a fully functional Marine Division manned by Master Mariners. The Marine Division specializes in activities such as Vessel Inspections & Audits, Damage Prevention, Port Captaincy, Port & Terminal Investigation, Ship Recycling Supervision and Recruitment of Marine Professional.
